Elevating Custom Shopify Sections

One of the primary challenges was to create custom Shopify sections that allowed the Jacob May team to easily update and manage content on the backend. Recognizing the importance of showcasing their work in the most authentic and detailed manner, I developed flexible, user-friendly sections within Shopify’s Liquid framework. These sections were designed to highlight the uniqueness of Jacob May’s products, enabling the team to dynamically showcase their latest creations, share stories behind the designs, and update product details with ease.

Innovative Wood Finishing Tabbed Browser

A distinctive feature of Jacob May’s products is the range of wood finishing options available. To enhance the customer experience, I implemented a tabbed area within the product pages, allowing customers to browse through the different wood finishes. Each tab is linked to high-quality images of the finish, giving customers a closer look at the textures and colors. This interactive feature not only enriches the product page but also aids in the decision-making process, allowing customers to visualize the finished product in their chosen wood finish.
